A couple must obtain a Florida Marriage License in the State of Florida. The fee is paid to the clerk of court. 

US Out of State Residents and International Residents may obtain their marriage through our Online Marriage License By Mail Program.

The cost of obtaining your License By Mail:

Discount Service - 60 or more days prior to wedding $120

Standard Service - 30 to 60 days prior to wedding $150

Express Service - 14 to 30 days prior to wedding $200
